Vermicomposting Smart Closed Reactor Design and Performance Assessment by Using Sewage Sludge

This study aims to design a smart closed reactor of vermicomposting convert sewage sludge and any organic waste high-quality vermicompost. In this design, all aspects growth reproduction Eisenia Fetida worms, such as aeration, temperature, light, moisture, were considered. We analyzed the physicochemical, bacterial, microstructural produced vermicompost rate worms in substrate 70% sludge, 20% cow manure, 10% sugarcane bagasse container reactor. The results show that took 50% less time 30% more worm produce same quality container. After reactor, parameters pH, fecal coliform, phosphorus, matter, C/N decreased whereas carbon, nitrogen, nitrate, ammonia EC increased, slightly. Although, amount production is than one, matter one. Based on odor absorption leachate elimination we recommend it be utilized for production, including out smelly wastes even public zone personal houses.
